Green Gram Dosa/Pesarattu


Ingredients
Green Gram - 1 cup
Green chillies - 2 (or acc. to your spice)
Ginger - 1 inch piece

Jeera - 2 tsps
Oil/Ghee - 2 tsps for each
Salt - as per taste

Method
1.Soak green gram in water over night or for 5 hrs.

2.Grind it with green chillies and ginger using water.

3.Keep a pan heat 1 tsp oil/ghee make the dosa slightly thick and sprinkle jeera over it, keep it on a low flame until the color changes.

4.Flip it and let it fry on the other side also.

5.Green gram dosa is ready to offer to Lord with ginger chutney.
