Ingredients
Potatoes - 3 (boiled, peeled and diced)
Frozen Peas – ½ cup
Tomatoes - 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Cashew Nuts – 4
Curry Leaves - a few
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Chopped cilantro – for garnishing

Method
1.Grind tomatoes, cashew and ginger into smooth paste.

2.Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds,wait until seeds crack.

3.Add curry leaves and tomato, cashew and ginger paste and cook until oil starts separating.

4.Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.

5.Add the boiled potatoes, peas and one cup of water.

6.Cover and cook on slow flame until a thick gravy is formed.

7.Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with poori, parathas, roti.
