Ingredients
Dosa Batter - 2 cups(should be of thick consistency)
Maida - 2 tsp
Rava - 2 tsp
Idly soda - 1/2 tsp (optional)
salt - as per taste
Oil - for deep frying
Method
1.Mix Dosa batter,maida,rava,salt,idly soda in a bowl.
2.Heat oil in a kadai,add a hand full of batter and gently drop it in the hot oil.
3.Turn the flame to medium and cook till it turns to golden color.
4.Remove from heat and serve hot with any chutney.
