Ingredients
Radish with leaves - 3(wash and grate radish and chop leaves separately)
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tsps
fresh or dry coconut gratings or curry powder - 2 tsps
Tadka/Popu
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Red chillis - 2
Curry leaves - a few
Method
1.Heat oil in a sauce pan,add Tadka and fry for few mins.
2.Add Hing,turmeric Powder and stir it once.
3.Now add grated radish,salt and mix,cover and cook until radish becomes little soft.
4.now add chopped radish leaves,red chilli powder and mix it,cover and cook for few mins.
5.Lastly add coconut gratings or curry powder and fry for few mins.
6.Turn off heat.The curry is ready to be served.
