Ingredients
Dosa batter - 2 cups (click here for dosa batter recipe)
salt - to taste
oil - 2 tsps for each
For topping
carrot - 1 (grated)
finely choped green chillis - 2
finely chopped tomato - 1
capsicum - 1 (grated)
chopped coriander leaves - a few
chopped curry leaves - a few
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside.
Method
1.Heat the tawa,sprinkle little water, as soon as the sizzling sound comes, season it with oil and wipe off.
2.Now put a ladlefull of batter in the middle of tava and spread out batter a little thickly.
3.sprinkle the chopped veggies on top and slightly press them with the spatula.
4.Drizzle few drops of oil around and little on top of it.
5.when it is done,flip and cook on the other side.
6.Offer it to Lord with any chutney
