Ingredients
Rice - 1 cup
Chopped Tomatos - 2 (medium) finely chopped
green chilli - 1 slit (or acc to ur spice)
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - a pinch
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves - for garnishing
water - 2 cups
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method
1.In a Pressure cooker,Heat oil and ghee.Add Cumin seeds and fry for a minute.
2.Add green chilli,curry leaves and fry for few mins.
3.Add Hing,turmeric powder,tomatos,sugar and fry for 5 minutes.
4.Add rice,water,salt and mix gently.
5.Close the lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle and simmer for 10 minutes.Turn off heat and allow it to cool.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves.
