Ingredients
Aratikayilu - 3 medium sized(Peel and cut into small cubes)
Salt - to taste
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Greenchilli - 2
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
grated ginger - 1 tsp
fresh grated coconut - 2 tsps
coriander leaves - a few
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsps
Tadka/Popu
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
red chilli - 1
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - a few
Method
1.Boil Aratikaya Pieces in water by adding salt and turmeric for 5 minutes in high flame.Drain and Keep it aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan,add tadka and fry 2 mins.
3.Add greenchilli,ginger and fry for 2 mins.
4.Add Aratikayi pieces and fry for 5 minutes.
5.Add salt,red chilli powder,dhaniya powder and fry for few more mins.
6.Lastly add grated coconut and fry for 5 mins.
7.Turn off heat,add lemon juice, mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
