Aratikayi Masala Kura

Ingredients
Aratikayilu - 3 medium sized (peel and cut into small cubes)
salt - as per taste
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
greenchilli - 1 
coriander leaves - for garnishing
Oil - 3 tsps

Masala(grind with little water)
chopped Ginger - 2 tsp
chopped Coconut - 2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Cloves -3
Green cardamom pods -3
Cinnamon stick - small piece

Method
1.Boil Aratikaya Pieces in water by adding salt and turmeric to it for 5 minutes in high flame.Drain and Keep it aside
2.Heat oil in a kadai,add greenchilli,curryleaves,aratikayi pieces and fryfor 5 minutes.
3.Now add masala paste and fry till raw smell goes completly.
4.Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and fry for few more mins.
5.Add some water and let it cook for 3 minutes.
6.Turn off heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
