Ingredients
Cauliflower - 250 gms (wash & cut into small florets)
salt - as per taste
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves - for garnishing
Oil - 3 tsps
Masala paste
Cloves - 2
cinamon stick - inch piece
cardomon pods - 2
ginger - small piece
coconut pieces - 2 tsps
cashew nuts - 3
dhania powder - 1 tsp
jeera powder - 1 tsp
Grind all the ingredients by adding little water and keep it aside.
Method
1.Heat oil in a kadai,add Cauliflower florets and fry till golder brown by covering the lid.
2.Now add masala paste and fry till raw smell goes completly.
3.Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and fry for few more mins.
4.Turn off heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
