Ingredients
Potato - 250 gms(Peel and cut into small cubes)
Salt - as per taste
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
fresh grated coconut - 2 tsps
coriander leaves - a few
Oil - 3 tsps
Tadka/Popu
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
red chilli - 1
curry leaves - a few
Method
1.Heat oil in a pan,add tadka and fry 2 mins.
2.Add Potato pieces and fry till golden brown.
3.Add salt,turmeric powder powder,red chilli powder and fry for few more mins.
4.Lastly add grated coconut and fry for 5 mins.
5.Turn off heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
