Ingredients
Arbi - 250 gms (Boil,peel and cut into big cubes)
Ajwain/Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
salt - as per taste
Hing - a pinch
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Dhania Powder - 1 tsp
Mango Powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves - for garnishing
Oil - 3 tsps
Method
1.Heat oil in a kadai,add Ajwain,HIng and fry for a minute.
2.Add Turmeric powder,Dhania powder,redchilli powder,salt,Garam masala powder,mango powder and stir it once and immediately add Arbi pieces.
3.Mix well and cook until Arbi is crispy.
4.Turn off flame and garnish with Coriander leaves.
5.Serve with Rice or Roti.
