Arbi Fry/Chamadumpa Vepudu

Ingredients
Arbi - 250 gms (Boil,peel and cut into thin roundles)
Curry leaves - a few
Salt - as per taste
Chilli Powder - as per taste
Oil - for deep fry

Method
1.Heat Oil in a kadai,Fry boiled Arbi till golden brown and transfer it to a bowl.

3.Add fried curry leaves,salt,chilli powder and toss it well.

3.Serve with sambar or rasam.
