Cabbage Curry

shredded Cabbage - 250 gms
Green chilli - 1 slit length-wise
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tsps

Tadka/Popu
Mustard seeds
Jeera/cumin seeds
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves

Method
1.Wash and pressure cook cabbage till soft and keep it aside.

2.Heat Oil in a kadai,add tadka and fry for few mins.

3.Add Ginger,greenchilli and fry for few mins.

4.Now add turmeric,boiled cabbage,salt,mix well and allow it to cook for another 5 minutes on a low flame covering with a lid.

5.Now its ready to serve.

Variation:
1. You can add fresh shredded coconut for the better taste.
